The only thing I found about cat urine stain on leather is that if it isn't caught immediately you have the situation that you have. Not too helpful. Here are instructions for dying leather Dyes for staining leatherAt the bottom of the directions it says that oil based dyes will give richer color, but water based dye will give a more even application. There are some water soluble stain powders called Homestead Dry Dyes that could be used to stain leather.
