Subject: Four corner framing clamp

Email question:

Hi,

On your web site there is a picture of a FOUR CORNER FRAMING CLAMP. It looks like one I used and loved year ago. Mine got lost in a move about 10 years ago and I now would love to get another one.

Do you have a price and stock. Or know where I can get one.

Thank You

Glenn

Email reply:

Hi Glen

There are two four corner clamps available that are good ones.  One that uses threaded rod and one with an X setup.

I used to use one of the threaded rod type in our frame shop whenever I had a real large frame to build.  Once a Chinese restaurant wanted several heavy frames made that were three feet by six feet and I used 2x4's as a base.  I couldn't find threaded rod long enough for the six foot side, so I just bought blank round rod and threaded it myself.  Those are real handy and versatile clamps.  The pictures are still hanging straight as can be 15 years later.
